I've been a patient for several years, and last visited 8 months ago, however when I arrived this time I was asked a lot of questions that I thought were odd. I asked "don't you have all this information and was told well you've not been in in 3 years". I said no, I was in 8 months ago.
Afterwards a nurse practitioner came in (introducing herself as a doctor). I have nothing against nurse practitioners, however I think it's misleading for someone in the medical field with a PhD in nursing to introduce themselves as a doctor.
When I explained my symptoms and why I was there, the "doctor" said well maybe you have HIV. I told her I didn't and she said how do you know. I showed her my blood work from another doctor that was recently done and she says I need to see a rheumatologist because I have an autoimmune disease. I told her I have hashimoto's and she staired at me blankly and told me to see a rheumatologist and get tested for HIV.
She also changed my medication, which made my symptoms worse.
Well I saw a rheumatologist a few days later who said that the Gyn "doctor" clearly doesn't know how to read my labs and that there was no reason to send me to see a rheumatologist. My blood work only indicated that I have hashimoto's which I already knew, and shared that I was already seeing an endocrinologist for.
My negative review is mostly due to her scaring me by say what she did and not listening or understanding my blood work or what I said. Plus I wasted a $50 co-pay seeing a rheumatologist at her recommendation.
Everyone else I've seen at this practice has been fine, but this experience makes me want to look for another practice.

This office is wonderful! There was barely a wait before I was taken in. The staff is terrific and everyone is both knowledgeable and professional. Katie was fantastic!

I’ve been going to this practice and Spano Rao for years and I have not experienced any issues, always friendly and responsive. I easily get appointments and my concerns are addressed.

Absolutely Amazing!!!
Open on a Saturday which is wonderful and convenient. From the moment I arrived it was a great experience. No waiting which is great and so rare for any Dr office as most leave you waiting and have no respect for your time. Receptionist (not sure of title) was so kind and helpful. Sapna Rao, who I had my appointment with, was so thorough and took her time with me. She was absolutely lovely. I would HIGHly recommend Sapna Rao and this office!! A great rare find when it comes to Doctors and Dr offices.

Everyone from the moment I walked acknowledged me and was kind. The Dr answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. The nurse drawing my blood was great; I didn’t feel a thing! Excellent care.

Great service from all staff members and providers. Dr. CUETO has excellent bedside manner, very easy to talk to. Also, they are very timely and punctual with appointment times.
