The intake nurse Lilia was very abrasive, and her demeanor was very rude. She exhibited zero patience and absolutely no sense of compassion. Definitely not someone conducive to caring for expectant mothers nor aging gyno patients. We do not come to the gynecologist seeking to be badgered or insulted. Her bedside manner matched that of a prison guard questioning an inmate. Having current health records readily in hand, she insisted I recount all the exams, labs , and ultrasounds I've had in 2025. She became irritated that I had to look them up on my calendar. Perhaps she chose to be this way because it is a Saturday morning or maybe this isn't the field of her dreams, regardless of the fact. This woman shouldn't be in the field of women's health. Encouragement goes a long way when dealing with women experiencing something new to them.. Our bodies are changing and our hormones are fine tuning themselves to adapt to this new stage of life. The last thing we want is some nurse with capability issues treating us like uneducated children and insulting our intelligence. We may not have nursing degrees, but WE know our bodies. Especially at our damn age. Sometimes people need to understand when to shut up to listen. As far as the providers they are excellent at taking care of ones personal healthcare needs. Such a shame this inconsiderate nurse took away from what might of been an otherwise great experience. I've been in healthcare 25+ years and this supposed healthcare professional brings great shame and embarrassment to our field. She must've been sleeping during the oath ceremony. Pathetic excuse for a nurse.

I had an amazing experience at this clinic during my pregnancy. The entire team was professional, caring, and always made sure my baby and I were well looked after. During my hospital stay, they checked on me every day, which made me feel truly supported.
A special thanks to Alejandro Osuna, APRN, FNP-C, RNFA, FMD Nurse Practitioner — he is absolutely outstanding: professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. I couldn’t have asked for better care.
Highly recommend this clinic and its amazing staff.

Always a great experience with Heather! She truly takes the time to hear out your concerns and takes into account your past experiences and feedback. I always go in knowing that she’ll take the time to hear me out and make a plan while also taking my input into account. Truly one of a kind! They’re always on time as well and there’s never a super long wait.

Always a pleasure meeting with Heather, she is professional, kind, and very attentive in responding to all my questions.
It's always a quick visit, usually with no waiting at all. There are enough parking spaces, easy to find, and the facilities are spotless! I feel very comfortable going there and recommend it to all my girl friends.

This office is wonderful! There was barely a wait before I was taken in. The staff is terrific and everyone is both knowledgeable and professional. Katie was fantastic!

Absolutely Amazing!!!
Open on a Saturday which is wonderful and convenient. From the moment I arrived it was a great experience. No waiting which is great and so rare for any Dr office as most leave you waiting and have no respect for your time. Receptionist (not sure of title) was so kind and helpful. Sapna Rao, who I had my appointment with, was so thorough and took her time with me. She was absolutely lovely. I would HIGHly recommend Sapna Rao and this office!! A great rare find when it comes to Doctors and Dr offices.

Everyone from the moment I walked acknowledged me and was kind. The Dr answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. The nurse drawing my blood was great; I didn’t feel a thing! Excellent care.

Dr. Cueto is one of the best doctors I've ever had. She has excellent bedside manner and I feel very comfortable communicating with her.
